7Sources
Your site is untouched. Every page is exactly as it was while you read this. Nothing gets changed until you have been through the list below.
Our call on 8 September turned out to be the seventh source rather than a footnote. It predates all six emails and carries nine changes that were never emailed, including two fixes that resolve complaints across four different pages.
Five things I need from you
decisions, not code
These five are the only items holding up the build. Everything else either goes ahead or waits on a quick yes or no.
B1
Ombré touch-up prices disagree, and the live ladder looks wrong
The live page runs £150, then £100, then £150 as the gap between touch-ups lengthens. The price falls, then rises again. Your mock runs £50, £100, £150, £250, and has four tiers where the live page has five. Unlike the other price differences these are all plausible numbers, so this may well be a genuine change you meant. Rather than guess either way, could you confirm which ladder is right?

B2
Lip blush photos O1 and O2 did not come through
That email arrived with one attachment, a phone screenshot of the current live page. The two panels inside it are the same two images you are asking me to replace. Could you send O1 and O2 again as separate files?

B3
A skin tag price change is still outstanding from an earlier email
On the call you said "you change that price" and I said "you sent it to me... I haven't done it because I didn't get your feedback." It is not in any of the six September emails, so it predates them. Could you resend it?

The wart removal hero is the AI illustration you turned down on the call
That image is labelled on the page itself as "Clinic consultation illustration". You said "Oh, mmm, no!" and offered to send the real photo from your old site, the Black lady with the eye. It has not arrived yet. You also mentioned you barely do warts, which affects whether that page is worth building out at all.
from the call, 00:49:16 · see below
B5
How far should "take out my surname" go?
"Adepoju" appears 14 times. The About heading and its image description, but also page titles, the tags Google and the social platforms read when your pages are shared, the structured data that tells search engines who wrote the site, the Academy page, and the file that tells AI assistants about the business. Taking it out everywhere weakens the author signal, and the Academy page sells training in your name. Happy to walk you through the options.

Worth knowing before I move it: the photo you want at the top is described in the page code as "AI-generated illustration of a Black woman receiving electrolysis on her chin". Those crops reproduce the two images already on the page, the ones you are objecting to. Cleaning and enlarging them changes their quality, not what they show. If your objection is that they look AI-generated, this does not answer it, which is why I need O1 and O2.

The case cards do not line up."It looks too messy. It should be lined up." This is not a cropping job. The three images are genuinely different shapes, 1050x1400, 2000x1500 and 2000x1125, and the brow pair does not even match itself, so they cannot sit level. Details to confirm in your mock-ups
Your attachments look like they were rebuilt from the live site inside a page builder. The layout you want is clear and I am following it. Some of the detail inside them does not match the live site though, and a couple of items would cause real problems if I copied them across literally. Worth two minutes of your time.
Two different street names and two different street numbers. That one matters more than a typo. On the call we agreed the address has to read identically across the site and your Google Business Profile, and there is a ticket open with Google on exactly that. Publishing a third version would undo the work and split your local search signal. Your homepage and ombré mock-ups both have the address right, which is what makes this look like something the page builder generated rather than a change you meant.

A different structure, priced per lesion instead of per time block, with different areas and different prices. The live table was on screen during our call. If you do want to move to per-lesion pricing that is a real conversation, just not one to make by accident.
One last thing worth flagging: a mock-up that leaves something unchanged is not the same as approving it. You built these from the current site, so anything you did not actively edit simply carried over, including the homepage photo you had already asked me to replace on the call. I have treated only your active changes as intent, which is why that photo is still on the list.
